What size are your hats?

Our hats come with an adjustable size of 54-58cm, making it easy for you to find the perfect fit. Whether you're hitting the trails or the town, our unique felt and suede western hats will keep you stylish and comfortable. Each hat is designed to be versatile, allowing you to embrace your inner cowboy or cowgirl with confidence. So go ahead, adjust and conquer!

What is the delivery time?

All hats in our shop are ready to be shipped straight away! If you place your order before 2pm, we'll send it out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next day. Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked, arriving within 48 hours.

Our international shipping option is available at checkout when you select your country. Please allow 7-10 days for International delivery. If you would like a more accurate delivery timescale for your country please contact us and we will get this for you.

For custom orders, these will be quoted on an order-by-order basis depending on what you are wanting. I will also strive to have your new hat with you within 7 days but if this is not possible I will discuss this with you before you place your order.

At Christmas please allow extra time for delivery. If you are ordering a hat for Christmas please contact us, as we can advise you with more up to date time factors and delays from our normal shipping policy. The cut off for guaranteed Christmas delivery is the 16th December, any orders placed after this may not arrive in time.
