At Herts Country Hats, we want you to love your purchase. If you’ve chosen one of our shop-ready hats and it’s not quite what you expected, no worries! You can return it for a refund or exchange, provided it hasn’t been damaged and is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

However, please note that custom hats are one-of-a-kind creations tailored just for you, and as such, they cannot be returned or refunded. Make sure to choose wisely and let your imagination run wild when designing your perfect hat!
